Come walk with me! Over the next 10 days, we will discuss these 10 mistakes!
Mistake No. 2: Having Too Much Sex
This might sound odd and weird, but grossly true! For, some couples, they think they got all the boxes checked, and can comfortably predict when they can and cannot engage in sex. Simply put, they think conception is all figured out:
They believe in the theory of “The more sex you have, the easier and sooner you’ll conceive”. But. Truth is, more isn’t always better. Here is the deal, although having sex frequently won’t decrease the potency of a man’s sperm, as many believe, it too often can potentially cause problems.
According to Dr. Wood. Medical director at The Reproductive Sciences Center in La Jolla, CA “If it’s for reproductive purposes alone, having sex multiple times a day or even every single day could cause ‘burnout,’ and the couple may begin to view sex as little more than a pre-ovulatory chore,” he explains.
Then, when that window of fertility is open, one or both of the partners may not be interested, resulting in a missed opportunity. So, timing is key, be sure you are well rested and ready during your fertile period. Rest is very important in sex life, relax, communicate and rock on!
Thank you .
